A-15.1 Council made the following appointment: NAME TERM OF APPOINTMENT Tracy Warren-Burke 3 June 2006 Rollo Bay to (reappointed) 3 June 2009 EC EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ACT ATTORNEY GENERAL AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT (RE: ADMINISTRATION OF THE FIREARMS ACT AND REGULATIONS) WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA Pursuant to clause 10(a) of the Executive Council Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-12 Council authorized the Attorney General to enter into an agreement with Government of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, to set out the terms and conditions under which Canada will contribute funding for administration of the Firearms Act and Regulations in Prince Edward Island for the period April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2006, such as more particularly described in the draft agreement. EC FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT CERTAIN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE UNDER THE GASOLINE TAX ACT AUTHORITY TO WRITE-OFF Pursuant to subsection 26.1(1) of the Financial Administration Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. F-9 Council authorized the write-off of certain accounts receivable under the Gasoline Tax Act totalling $36, including interest to 31 August 2006 as follows:

Further, Council noted that part of the said land holding, being Provincial Property Nos and , was previously identified for non-development use in accordance with section 2 of the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) made under the said Act. Identification continues to apply.

5 312 EC WILLIAM CUNNINGHAM AND CHERYL ALEXIS MACKINNON Pursuant to section 4 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission to William Cunningham and Cheryl Alexis MacKinnon, both of Langley, British Columbia to acquire a land holding of approximately twenty decimal five (20.5) acres of land in Lot 55, Kings County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Marwood Properties Inc. of Georgetown, Prince Edward Island. Further, Council noted that the said land holding, being Provincial Property No , was previously identified for non-development use in accordance with section 2 of the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) made under the said Act. Identification continues to apply. EC JENNIFER DELANGELO (TO RESCIND) Council, having under consideration Order-in-Council EC of 10 February 1998, rescinded the said Order forthwith, thus rescinding permission for Jennifer DelAngelo of Turnbull, Connecticut to acquire an interest in approximately eight decimal three (8.3) acres of land in Lot 17, Prince County, from the Regional Development Corporation of, Prince Edward Island. EC ROGER DURANT Pursuant to section 4 and section 9 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission to Roger Durant of Stewart, British Columbia to acquire a land holding of approximately thirty-five (35) acres of land in Lot 20, Queens County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Roland Profit of Kensington, Prince Edward Island PROVIDED THAT the said real property, except for approximately three decimal five (3.5) acres to be used for access to Provincial Property No , is identified for non-development use pursuant to the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) made under the said Act.

6 313 EC LAURA FELTON (TO RESCIND) Council, having under consideration Order-in-Council EC of 10 February 1998, rescinded the said Order forthwith, thus rescinding permission for Laura Felton of Westport, Connecticut to acquire an interest in approximately eight decimal three (8.3) acres of land at Lot 17, Prince County, from the Regional Development Corporation of, Prince Edward Island. EC ROBIN HOMONOFF (TO RESCIND) Council, having under consideration Order-in-Council EC of 10 February 1998, rescinded the said Order forthwith, thus rescinding permission for Robin Homonoff of Providence, Rhode Island to acquire an interest in approximately eight decimal three (8.3) acres of land in Lot 17, Prince County, from the Regional Development Corporation of, Prince Edward Island. EC ROGER ROACH Pursuant to section 4 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission to Roger Roach of Chester, New Hampshire to acquire a land holding of approximately one decimal zero two (1.02) acres of land in Lot 19, Prince County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Carpenters Inc. of Kensington, Prince Edward Island. EC MARITIME ELECTRIC COMPANY, LIMITED Pursuant to section 5 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission to Maritime Electric Company, Limited of, Prince Edward Island to acquire a land holding of approximately three decimal nine five (3.95) acres of land in Lot 56, Kings County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from the Government of Prince Edward Island of, Prince Edward Island.

7 314 EC RBKR LTD. Pursuant to section 5 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission to RBKR Ltd. of, Prince Edward Island to acquire a land holding of approximately fifteen decimal three (15.3) acres of land in Lot 30, Queens County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Herman McQuaid and Joan McQuaid, both of, Prince Edward Island. EC SUMMERSIDE BEACH RESORT INC. (TO RESCIND) Council, having under consideration Order-in-Council EC of 10 February 1998, rescinded the said Order forthwith, thus rescinding permission for Beach Resort Inc. to acquire eight decimal three (8.3) acres of land in Lot 17, Prince County from the Regional Development Corporation of, Prince Edward Island. EC WILLIAMS FAMILY FARMS LTD. Pursuant to section 5 and section 9 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission to Williams Family Farms Ltd. of Alberton, Prince Edward Island to acquire a land holding of approximately fifty (50) acres of land in Lot 4, Prince County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Roy MacArthur of Elmsdale West, Prince Edward Island PROVIDED THAT the said real property is identified for non-development use pursuant to the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) made under the said Act. EC PROPERTY NO , LOT 26, PRINCE COUNTY IDENTIFICATION FOR NON-DEVELOPMENT USE AMENDMENT Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5, Council amended the condition of non-development use made pursuant to section 2 of the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95)

8 315 in respect of approximately one hundred and ninety-four (194) acres of land, being Provincial Property No located in Lot 26, Prince County, Prince Edward Island and currently owned by Willard Waugh & Sons Ltd. of, Prince Edward Island. Council noted that this amendment will enable subdivision of a parcel of land of approximately four decimal one three (4.13) acres and is SUBJECT TO the subdivided parcel being consolidated with the adjacent Provincial Property No Further, Council determined that following subdivision, identification for non-development use shall continue to apply to the remaining land. This Order-in-Council comes into force on 29 August EC LOTTERIES COMMISSION ACT LOTTERIES COMMISSION APPOINTMENT Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Lotteries Commission Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap.
