1 190 EC EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ACT MINISTER OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT ((RE: ADDICTION SERVICES TO OFFENDERS ON PAROLE SUPERVISION IN THE COMMUNITY) WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA Pursuant to clause 10(a) of the Executive Council Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-12 Council authorized the Minister of Health and Wellness, as Minister Responsible for Health PEI, to enter into an agreement with the Government of Canada, as represented by Correctional Service Canada, to provide addiction services to offenders who are on Parole Supervision in the community, for the period June 1, 2017 to May 31, 2020, such as more particularly described in the draft agreement. EC EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ACT MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT (INFORMATION SHARING AGREEMENT) WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA Pursuant to clause 10(a) of the Executive Council Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-12 Council authorized the Minister of Justice and Public Safety to enter into a letter of agreement with the Government of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Employment and Social Development and the Canada Employment Insurance Commission, to extend the agreement to share vital statistics information effective April 1, 2017 until termination by either party, such as more particularly described in the draft agreement.
2 191 EC EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ACT MINISTER OF RURAL AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND MINISTER OF WORKFORCE AND ADVANCED LEARNING AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT (YOUTH EMPLOYMENT STRATEGY CAREER FOCUS FUNDING AGREEMENT) WITH EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT CANADA Pursuant to clause 10(a) of the Executive Council Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-12 Council authorized the Minister of Rural and Regional Development, as Minister responsible for the Employment Development Agency and the Minister of Workforce and Advanced Learning to enter into an agreement with Employment and Social Development Canada, as represented by the Minister of Employment and Social Development styled as Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour for the delivery of the Start to Apply Right Now (STAR) 2017 Program, for Fiscal Year , such as more particularly described in the draft agreement. EC FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT AUTHORITY TO CANCEL AND DISCLOSE CERTAIN DEBT FINANCE PEI Pursuant to subsection 26(1) of the Financial Administration Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. F-9 Council authorized cancellation of debt from one (1) account owing to Finance PEI in the total amount of $795, Further, pursuant to subsection 26.2(1) of the said Financial Administration Act, R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. F-9 Council disclosed the following authorized cancellation: SCHEDULE (CANCELLATION) Borrower Address Total Debt, Including Interest North Lake Fish Co-operative Limited Elmira, PE $795, Total $795,066.64

EC PROPERTY NO , LOT 1, PRINCE COUNTY IDENTIFICATION FOR NON-DEVELOPMENT USE AMENDMENT Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5, Council amended the condition of non-development use made pursuant to section 2 of the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) in respect of approximately three (3) acres of land, being Provincial Property No located at Pleasant View, Lot 1, Prince County, Prince Edward Island and currently owned by Dan Brown, Michelle Brown and Yvon Richard all of Trenton, Ontario. Council noted that this amendment will enable subdivision of a parcel of land of approximately zero decimal one seven (0.17) of an acre for residential use SUBJECT TO the subdivided parcel being consolidated with the adjacent Provincial Property No concurrently at the time of the subdivision. Further, Council determined that following subdivision, identification for nondevelopment use shall continue to apply to the remaining land. Council also noted that this amendment will enable the consolidation of a parcel of land of approximately zero decimal one seven (0.17) of an acre to be subdivided from Provincial Property No concurrently at the time of subdivision. This Order-in-Council comes into force on June 13, 2017.
11 200 EC PROPERTY NO , LOT 19, PRINCE COUNTY IDENTIFICATION FOR NON-DEVELOPMENT USE AMENDMENT Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5, Council amended the condition of non-development use made pursuant to section 2 of the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) in respect of approximately ten decimal three one (10.31) acres of land, being Provincial Property No located at Travellers Rest, Lot 19, Prince County, Prince Edward Island and currently owned by Richard Palmer of Travellers Rest, Prince Edward Island. Council noted that this amendment will enable subdivision of a parcel of land of approximately zero decimal three eight (0.38) of an acre for residential use SUBJECT TO the subdivided parcel being consolidated with the adjacent Provincial Property No concurrently at the time of the subdivision. Further, Council determined that following subdivision, identification for nondevelopment use shall continue to apply to the remaining land. Council also noted that this amendment will enable the consolidation of a parcel of land of approximately zero decimal zero three five (0.035) of an acre to be subdivided from Provincial Property No concurrently at the time of subdivision. This Order-in-Council comes into force on June 13, EC PROVINCIAL COURT ACT JUSTICE OF THE PEACE APPOINTMENT Under authority of section 14 of the Provincial Court Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. P-25 Council appointed Bridgett MacCormac of Meadowbank, in Queens County, Prince Edward Island, as a Justice of the Peace in and for the Counties of Prince, Queens and Kings in the Province of Prince Edward Island for a term of five (5) years, effective 13 June Further, Council ordered that should Bridgett MacCormac cease to be employed by the Province of Prince Edward Island in her present capacity with the Provincial Court, that her appointment as a Justice of the Peace shall terminate coincident with the date her employment terminates.
12 201 EC PROVINCIAL COURT ACT JUSTICE OF THE PEACE APPOINTMENT Under authority of section 14 of the Provincial Court Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. P-25 Council appointed Linda Lorraine Thompson of New Haven, in Queens County, Prince Edward Island, as a Justice of the Peace in and for the Counties of Prince, Queens and Kings in the Province of Prince Edward Island for a term of five (5) years, effective 3 July Further, Council ordered that should Linda Lorraine Thompson cease to be employed by the Province of Prince Edward Island in her present capacity with the Provincial Court, that her appointment as a Justice of the Peace shall terminate coincident with the date her employment terminates. EC PUBLIC DEPARTMENTS ACT ACTING MINISTERS APPOINTMENTS Under authority of subsection 4(2) of the Public Departments Act, R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. P 29 the following appointments were made: Honourable Sonny (Stanley) Gallant to be Acting Minister of Economic Development and Tourism commencing on the 17th day of June 2017, and continuing for the duration of the absence from the Province of Honourable Heath MacDonald. Honourable Pat W. Murphy to be Acting Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries commencing on the 23rd day of June 2017, and continuing for the duration of the absence from the Province of Honourable Alan McIsaac.
