2 Description of Annexation Beginning at the existing City of Somerset Corporate Limits on East Highway 80 set by City of Somerset Ordinance Number 12-06, and then proceeding in a North-Easterly direction approximately 1580 feet with the right-of-way of a corridor known as Barnsburg Road, specifically following the natural gas line/main belonging to the City of Somerset which sits within a permanent easement belonging to same, approximately 1~ feet wide to New Haven Lane.
