She is interested in stage and film ac ng, screenwri ng and direc ng. She has worked on Macbeth, 60/50 Theatre Project, Beyond the Shadows, and The Vagina Monologues. Hernando Claros (Scenic Designer/ Proper es Master) Columbia, 3rd Year MFA Design Candidate. His produc on credits in his first year include ligh ng design for Brought Into Being 2014 Orchesis Dance Concert, The Serpent Lady, and projec on engineer for Giving Birth: The Adventure of Thought. His most recent produc on credits include ligh ng and media Design for 60/50 Theatre Project, and ligh ng design for Macbeth. Look for his media design for Pride & Prejudice next spring. Lee Cleaveland (Carson) Rochester, MI; Junior, BFA Ac ng. This past summer Lee worked at the Summer Circle Theatre, appearing in Mr. Burns: a post electric play and The Tail of Peter Rabbit. Other credits include Chess: A Staged Concert at the Wharton Center and Ross in Macbeth. Shelby Dawson, (Alyssa) Detroit, MI; Sophomore, BFA Ac ng. This is Shelby's fourth performance with the department. Her recent credits include Tribe/Lincoln in Hair, Ensemble in Famous (Freshman Showcase: Power Plays), and Leonard in Midwinter. Stephanie Eubank (Ligh ng Designer) Lansing, MI; 3rd Year MFA Design Candidate. Stephanie's costume design credits at MSU include Macbeth, Carrie, Serpent Lady, Ruthless!, and The American Plan. She was the ligh ng designer for Midwinter, a student produc on. Look for her upcoming costume design of Pride & Prejudice. Rainie (Yong) Jiang (Media Designer) China; 2 nd Year MFA Design Candidate, focusing on costume and media design. Rainie has been involved with the DOT since Her credits include costume design for the Brought Into Being, 60/50 Theatre Project and Midwinter. She thanks all of her theatre family/ friends who always support her. William McGee (Stage Manager) Grand Rapids, MI; Junior, BFA Design and CSE major. William's credits include ASM for Carrie, sound designer for Bug, Student Playwright's Series, and Rough Magic, and lead technician for Off with Her Head. Heidi Nguyen Tran (Lin May) Canton, MI; Senior, Elementary Educa on with a focus in Social Studies and Minoring in English and TESOL. Heidi became involved in this produc on a er her interest in theatre was peaked through a required arts credit for the Elementary Educa on Major. She is also currently the Vice President of MSU s Student Michigan Educa on Associa on. Gary Pa erson (Bryant) Detroit, MI; Junior, BFA Ac ng. Last year, Gary's first year with the department, he was in Famous (Freshman Showcase: Power Plays) and a student produc on of Romeo + Juliet. He is very excited to take part in Bal more with an amazing cast and director. Chelle Peterson (Sound Designer) Mason, MI; Junior, BA Theatre. Her credits include Composer/Lyricist/ Musical Director for The Tail of Peter Rabbit, Assistant Costume Designer for An Adult Evening With Shel Silverstein, and Musical Director/Arranger for Famous (Freshman Showcase: Power Plays). Rachel Sonnenberg (Assistant Stage Manager) Leslie, MI; Senior, English Educa on Major with a double minor in History Educa on and Theatre. Rachel's credits include deck crew for U.P. and light board operator for Bug. She is also an ac ve member of the Roial Players. Chris Thibodeau (Fiona) Brighton, MI; Senior BFA Ac ng.
