Karl and Pamela Feigner gave birth to a healthy baby girl near the end of February and to carry on a family name, in full, the girl was named Rachel Jewell Feigner. The new member of the family was named after Rachel Feigner, who is now deceased, who was an early pioneer of the Milton-Freewater area. The elder Feigner was the child's greatgrandmother. "They named their girl after Rachel so her name would carry on, " Said Alline Greeley of Milton-Freewater, the child's grandmother. The baby's middle name, Jewell, is the same as Greeley's. Rosealie Koon and Betty Coe of Milton-Freewater and Irene Blehm of Walla Walla are greataunts. Rachel was the first girl for the Feigners who have three sons, Jeremie, Nicholas and Justin. The baby's father is the son of former residents Freddie and Gessilla Feigner who now reside in Beaverton. ======================= More About Betty Lou Feigner: Date born 2: Abt Children of Ned Coe and Betty Feigner are: i.
