In November 1938 he was accused by the attorney general Paderborn of racial disgrave (Rassenschande), theft (Diebstahl) and embezzlement (Unterschlagung). He was convicted on and punished to four years and six months prison from He must have been in the prison in Paderborn first, then he was deported form there on into the prison in Muenster and from there on to the prison in Kassel-Wehlheiden.
