The Fulton CDA office provided us with an available Apartment listing. This list does change frequently and I will keep in contact with the office to update. The Oswego County Community Development, Tourism & Planning office provided us with a listing of Oswego County Landlords that offer HUD approved apartments in Oswego County as well as a listing of apartments that they know do independent subsidies, independent from HUD or Section 8. Potential tenants can just call the complexes to inquire about the application process at each complex. All three of these lists are attached. I will update these lists regularly and send them out so you have access to the updated ones for the consumers. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time.
