Management Team The R K J core Management Team: - Mr Ranjit Singh OBE Founder of the group. Started his career as an electrical engineer in the 1960s, formed a carpentry & joinery subcontracting company in 1974, also became a developer in the 1980s, and the rest is history! Mr Inderpal Matharu BSc (Hons) MRICS Previously worked as a PQS in the City for 6 years, as a CQS for a national contractor and then as a QS for a major house builder. He joined the family business in 2002 and is now the Surveying Director for the Group. He is also involved with the speculative development and property investment side of the business. Mr Davinder Matharu BA(Hons), MSc Comes with a business management background and joined the family business in 1995. Is responsible for all health & safety documentation and maintaining our presence on main contractor s supply chains. He is also involved with the speculative development and property investment side of the business. Mr Kirnjit Bhogal CEng Has been with us since 1978. As Senior Contracts Manager, he oversees the running of all projects within the Group. He is a key person ensuring that all project foreman and tradesmen adhere to the standards that are consistent with our Vision Statement. Mr Graham Lines Has over 35 years experience in the industry working both as an estimator, surveyor and buyer. He is our surveyor and has a wealth of experience working for both main contractors and sub-contractors. Mr Robert Frankham C&G HND Has been with us since 1981 and has nearly 50 years experience in the industry. He is our senior estimator and assists in resolving design issues with a particular interest in joinery. Miss Sandra Tyler Our full-time Executive Assistant taking care of payroll, HR, accounts and internal IT systems administration. Mrs Carol Hogan Our full-time PA. Responsible for all secretarial/administration tasks together with maintaining client contact, pursuing new leads and ordering for all on-going projects. 12
