Your Constructon Plans need to conform to Forest Cove's Covenants and Deed Restrctons. Attached s the ACC Form whch sets out what s requred. 3. Please provde us wth a full set of 24" x 36" Constructon Plans (Engneered Stamped Plans are not requred for ACC's revew). No emaled plans wll be accepted. 4. Submt your Constructon Plans to one of our Board Members (see our webste for contact nformaton for the Board Members). n addton to your Constructon Plans, please submt a check n the amount of$150.00 to cover the Archtect's revew fee. 5. One of the above Board Members wll revew your Constructon Plans to ensure that enough detal has been provded for submsson of your Constructon Plans to the Archtectural Control Commttee (ACC). 6. After the Archtectural Control Commttee has revewed your Constructon Plans, they wll return your Constructon Plans to one ofthe Board Members wth ther comments.... 9. The Board wll notfy you ofthe ACe's fndngs. 10. f any correctons are needed, they wll have to be corrected so that your plans are n complance wth the deed restrctons. 11. The Archtectural Control Commttee wll re-revew your Constructon Plans. 12. When correctons, f needed, are complete, the Board wll present the revsed Constructon Plans to an outsde Archtect for hs revew. 13. The Archtect wll go over all aspects of the Constructon Plans and wll share hs fndngs wth the Board. 14. The Archtect wll return the Constructon Plans to one of the Members of the Board. 15. One of the Board Members wll dscuss the Archtect's fndngs wth the Archtectural Control Commttee. 16. One of the Board Members wll contact you regardng the rulng on your Constructon Plans. 17. f your Constructon Plans are approved, the Board wll retan the Constructon Plans untl your home s completed. 18. f your Constructon Plans are not approved, then correctons wll need to be made and you wll have to repeat Steps 3-17. Please be aware that the Archtect's Fee wll need to be pad agan. 19.
