Our New Website To Review Core Team looked at over 100 sites Wanted a page that was sleek, easy to navigate and promotes the city Worked with CivicLive designers to create a page that represented Renton Ability to use microsites Followed established best practices for website design AGENDA ITEM #1. a)

Staff Involvement Division Meetings A Core Group of 4 6 meets weekly with our contractor Civic Live to address issues and keep the project on track Two kickoff meetings were held for city staff One hour meetings between city divisions and Civic Live were held between October and February Meetings allowed staff to give input into what they want on their pages and get ideas from Civic Live on options to present materials Councilmembers Pavone and Pearce attended AGENDA ITEM #1. a)

Process Development Agreement Following the issuance of the Staff Report to the Hearing Examiner and the Extension of the Public Hearing (April 15, 2016) discussions began on a Development Agreement Multiple versions of the document have been reviewed by staff and the applicant to create the Draft, which identifies an Enhanced Alternative Enhancements = public benefit To date, the City and the Applicant have been working on this project for approximately 7 years. Development Agreement Additional Provisions Following 5 years of the initial term, a SEPA Transportation Update would be required.
