SCHEDULE OF FEES PERMANENT LETTING Please find our schedule of fees for the leasing and managing of your apartment. As our company operates onsite, many of these fees have been applied at a discounted rate based on the industry average. Management Fee: 6% plus GST = 6.6% Services included at NO EXTRA COST in our management fee, but not limited to, are as follows: Internal inspection reports Condition Report including digital photos Annual written appraisal and rental review Trust Account Data Entry Transfer of rental funds to selected accounts Maintain full trust account reporting and financial data management Paying Invoices for works on your behalf deducted from rental income Sundries, Postage & Petties: $8.00 per month plus GST. Leasing Fee: One week s rent plus GST. Re-leasing Document Fee (to an existing tenant): Statement Fee: Maintenance Co-ordination: Organize all repairs with qualified trades-people and pay associated accounts. Ensure all issues with your apartment during the warranty period are taken care of and that attendance to warranty issues is provided at no cost to our owners. Service to Smoke Detectors: Yearly service and battery change to all smoke detectors in your apartment as per Victorian regulations.
