Conference Call Highlights Operations for the quarter and year Renewed 89% of expiring tenant leases with average rents increasing 6.4% Occupancy level at 99% FFO/unit increased 4.5% for the quarter (4.9% for the year) Same property growth increased 0.5% (excluding Everything for a Dollar - 1.1%) for the quarter (0.7% and 0.9% for the year) EFAD - 14 locations totaling 57,000 square feet - 3 locations leased, 1 location sold - 6 locations under negotiations - impact in 2012 - $533,000 (bad debts - $172,000, vacancy loss - $361,000) Tenant Activity Zellers: one location with a continuous operating covenant to remain open Target: two stores opening in July 2013 (Hopedale Mall in Oakville and Laurentian Mall in Kitchener) Best Buy / Future Shop: 4 Calloway locations (out of 31) closed with one to reopen as a smaller store (~10,000 square feet). Tenant will continue to pay rent until the leases mature. All four are in Walmart Supercentre-anchored centres. Distribution Reinvestment Plan Unitholders who elect to participate will have their monthly cash distributions automatically reinvested in units of Calloway at a price equal to 97% of the average TSX market price over the 10 business days preceding the monthly distribution date.
