Professional Background Mr. Willis is a 6th generation Arizonan who began working in commercial real estate in 1999 as a senior in high school. Mr. Willis specializes in all forms of commercial real estate with extensive experience in commercial brokerage, leasing, CMA, BPO, zoning, entitlements, land development and consulting. He represents both Landlords/Sellers and Tenants/Buyer in the acquisition and/or disposition of commercial real estate. Mr. Willis works closely with the medical community, including Dignity Health (formerly CHW) and Banner Hospitals, assisting in buying and/or leasing medical office space for recruited medical practices. He was instrumental in the development and growth of Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and has sold and leased in excess of 300,000 SF of professional and medical office space within a mile of that medical center. Mr. Willis also specializes in investor representation and works with many investors, REITS and hedge funds in portfolio acquisition and disposition.
