Secton 4. f any word, secton, artcle, phrase, paragraph, sentence, clause or porton of ths Ordnance s held to be nvald or unconsttutonal by a court of competent jursdcton, such holdng shall not affect, for any reason, the valdty of the remanng portons of the Comprehensve Zonng Ordnance, Chapter 86 of the Cty of Murphy Code of Ordnances, and the remanng portons shall reman n full force and effect. Secton 5. Any person, frm or corporaton volatng any of the prov1s1ons of ths ordnance shall be deemed gulty of a msdemeanor and, upon convcton, n the muncpal court of the Cty of Murphy, Texas, shall be punshed by a fne not to exceed the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense, and each and every day any such volaton shall contnue shall be deemed to consttute a separate offense. Secton 6. Ths Ordnance shall take effect mmedately from and after ts passage and the publcaton of the capton, as the law and Charter n such cases provde.
