That the purchasers will not erect upon the land hereby conveyed any buildings whatsoever other than detached or semidetached private dwellinghouses fronting to Western Avenue aforesaid and elsewhere in blocks of not more than four dwellinghouses at a density not exceeding twelve to an acre with or without a private motor garage and other usual outbuildings attached to each or either of them each such private dwellinghouse with its appurtenant buildings to be of aminimum prime cost of three hundred and seventy five pounds and to be completed before the twenty fifth day of March One thousand nine hundred and thirty eight or other the date whichever shall be the later being two years from the date when the sewer to be laid by the Ealing Borough Council on their adjoining shall be available for the purchasers on the land hereby conveyed and until such buildings shall be erected will keep the land in neat order and condition as garden ground or as agricultural land and that no temporary buildings or sheds shall be erected on the said land except such as may be necessary for the purposes of the buildings hereby authorised. 4. That the purchasers will not commence to erect such buildings as aforesaid on the said land until the positions designs and elevations shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Surveyors whose fees of two pounds two shillings for examining and approving the plans of the first house or each type to be erected and one pound one shilling in respect of each subsequent house of the same type shall be paid to the Surveyors at the time of submitting such plans designs and elevations. 5. That the purchasers will not use or permit to be used the said buildings to be erected on the said land for any purposes whatsoever other than those of private dwellinghouses and private motor garages in connection therewith and will keep such part of the said land as shall not be built upon in neat order as private garden ground attached to the said private dwellinghouses. 6. That the purchasers will not do or suffer to be done on the said land or any part thereof any act matter or thing whatsoever which may be or tend to the annoyance nuisance damage or disturbance of the Commissioners or any of their tenants or lessees or to the owners or occupiers of any property in the neighbourhood. 7. That the purchasers will not place erect attach or exhibit or permit to be placed erected attached or exhibited on the said land or any buildings to be erected thereon any name legend sign notice or advertisement of any kind or nature whatsoever except the usual House Agents boards indicating that the property is "To Let" or "For Sale" as the case may be. 8. That the purchasers will make good to the satisfaction of the Surveyors all damage or interference caused by them to any land drainage. 9. That the purchasers will not excavate or remove any sand gravel or clay from off the said hereditaments except such as may be necessary for digging the foundations of the messuages hereinbefore referred to. 10. That purchasers will at all times hereafter at their own cost and expense and to the satisfaction of the Surveyors maintain and keep in good repair and condition in accordance with the reservation hereinbefore contained the roadways or parts of roadways to be constructed on the land hereby conveyed and also Page 4 of 5

Schedule of restrictive covenants continued will from time to time pay on demand every sum of money which shall be assessed by or become payable to any Local Authority upon such authority taking over the control construction or repair of the said roadways or any part thereof and will at all times keep the Commissioners indemnified in respect thereof. 11. That the Commissioners shall at all times have power without obtaining any consent from or making any compensation to the purchasers to deal as the Commissioners may think fit with any of the hereditaments adjoining opposite or near to the said hereditaments hereby conveyed and toerect or suffer to be erected on such adjoining opposite or neighbouring hereditaments any buildings whatsoever whether such buildings shall or shall not affect or diminish the light or air which may now or at any time or times hereafter be enjoyed by the purchasers or other the owners or occupiers of the said hereditaments hereby conveyed or any part thereof. 12. That the purchasers shall not be entitled to the benefit of any covenants contained in any conveyance or lease made or granted by the Commissioners of lands and premises adjoining opposite or near to the said hereditaments hereby conveyed enabling the Commissioners to deal as they think fit with such adjoining or neighbouring lands without regard to the light and air enjoyed by the owner lessee or occupier of the hereditaments comprised in such Conveyance or Lease." NOTE: The South western boundary of the land in this title formed part of the boundary of the land coloured pink referred to above. 2 The following are details of the covenants contained in the Transfer dated 29 July 1938 referred to in the Charges Register:- "The Transferee hereby further covenants with the Transferors that he the Transferee and his successors in title will (a) Forever hereafter maintain good and sufficient fences on the sides of the land hereby transferred as are marked with a "T" on the said plan (b) Pay a proportionate part with other persons entitled to use the same of the cost of keeping in repair the said passages at the side rear and leading to the rear of part of the property hereby transferred." NOTE: "T" marks affect the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of the land in this title. The passages referred to are those leading from Anthony Road to the back of the land in this title. 3 The following are details of the covenants contained in the Transfer dated 25 August 1938 referred to in the Charges Register:- "The Transferee hereby further covenants with the Transferor that he the Transferee and his successors in title will (a) Forever hereafter maintain good and sufficient fences on the sides of the land hereby transferred as are marked with a "T" on the said plan.
