INCREASED EXPOSURE DIRECT CANVASSING AND COLD CALLING The most effective technique for filling property requirements is traditional canvassing and cold calling. Friedman offers comprehensive training on cold calling techniques as well as a mentoring program for all new brokers that join the firm. Through our research and marketing departments, we are able to pinpoint a trade area or companies that meet the requirements of your property. We then set out to contact these firms to determine if they are actively seeking new space and to inform them of your property s availability.
