"Surrey Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 5942," as amended, is hereby further amended, pursuant to the provisions of Section 716 of the "Municipal Act," and the classification of the following parcels of land, presently shown upon the maps designated as the "Zoning Maps" and marked as Schedule "A" under PART of the said By-law No. 5942, is hereby amended as follows: FROM "RESTRCTED SNGLE FAMLY RESDENTAL ZONE (R-F(R))" to "COMPREHENSVE DEVELOPMENT ZONE (C-D) All those portions of Lots 4 and 5 of the South East Quarter of Section 12, Township 1, Plan 3025, lying North of Highway shown on Plan 5388, EXCEPT: Part of Lot 5 shown on Plan 25810, New Westminster District; Parcel "A" (M35877E), Lot 3, Section 12, Township 1, New Westminster District, Plan 3025; Parcel "A" (Reference Plan 13791) of the North East Quarter of Section 12, Township 1, EXCEPT: Firstly: That Part shown on Highway Plan 25810 and Secondly: That Part shown on Lot "EE" on Plan 25810, New Westminster District; Parcel "C" (R32090E), Lot 5, EXCEPT: Part Highway on Plan 25810, Section 12, Township 1, New Westminster District, Plan 3025. SCHEDULE "A" To "Surrey Zoning By-law 1979, No. 5942, Amendment By-law 1988, No. 9577" Schedule of Permitted Land Use: The aforementioned property shall be restricted to the following uses only in the approximate location as illustrated on Schedule "B" of this by-law: Lot 1: Lot 2: Lot 3: Lot 4: Tourist Commercial Zone Two (C-T(2)), provided, however, that the uses permitted within this lot shall not include: Tourist Trailer Parks Campsites Highway Commercial Zone (C-H), Gasoline Service Station Zone (C-G), and Local Commercial Zone (C-L) Highway Commercial Zone (C-H) provided, however, that the uses permitted within this lot shall be limited to: Health Spa Recreation or Commercial uses including: amusement devices including roller rinks, go-cart tracks, miniature golf courses, and similar entertainment managed in such a manner as to not create a nuisance to the occupants of all adjacent properties but shall not include an arcade.
