That the granting of the teporary use perit will not be detriental to the public health, safety or welfare or aterially injurious to properties or iproveents in the vicinity. 2. There is no substantial ipairent to the public that would result fro the granting of the TUP. 3. That the teporary structure will be up not ore than 90 days 4. That the proposed teporary structure is copatible with the surrounding uses. OW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOW COUCIL OF THE TOW OF MITUR, COUTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO: THAT the application for a Teporary Use Perit at 160 Railroad Avenue be approved subject to the following conditions: A building perit is approved for public safety for the staircase entering the show -roo trailer.
