There is a derelict cottage in the wood adjoining the by-road. THE FISHING The property owns the fishing rights in the River Cych where it is contiguous with its Freehold ownership. There is about ¾of a mile of single bank of which about 300 yards is double bank. A tributary of the Teifi this river provides brown trout fishing with a run of sea trout and salmon late in the season.
