The thing I loved about property management was meeting people and helping them find their perfect living situation. I just felt I had outgrown that side of the industry and was ready to really make a difference in people s lives. I started taking classes, eventually getting my license in 1999. I convinced RE/MAX, who didn t take on new agents at the time, to take a chance on me. I sold my first house in two weeks and I haven t looked back since. Cousineau quickly became a million dollar producer and one of Atlanta s most respected agents This year, Cousineau once again found herself seeking new challenges and she opened her own brokerage, Real Estate Expert Advisors, where she has finally been able to implement her unique approach to real estate sales, already achieving remarkable success.
