Schedule of restrictive covenants 1 The following are particulars of the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 11 May 1881. COVENANT by said Benjamin Weir for himself his heirs executors administrators and assigns with said Charles Dorman his heirs and assigns and also as a separate covenant with said Frank Buckland his heirs and assigns but nevertheless to bind himself the said Benjamin Weir and his heirs executors and administrators personally and to render him and them responsible only while he his heirs or devisees should remain the owner or owners of the hereditament thereby granted or intended so to be but to the intent to bind the owner or owners for the time being of and that the burden of that covenant might run with the said hereditaments and that the benefit thereof might ensure to the owners of the adjoining or neighbouring lands that he the said Benjamin Weir his heirs or assigns would not permit or suffer any building then or thereafter to be erected upon the said hereditaments or any part thereof to be used as a Hotel Public House Tavern or Beer Shop or other place for the sale of Wines Spirits Spiritous Liquors Beer or malt Liquors or for any noisy noisome or offensive trade or business or occupation. 2 The following is a copy of the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 19 July 1881 referred to in the Charges Register. "AND the said Benjamin Weir doth hereby for himself his heirs executors administrators and assigns Covenant with the said Charles Dorman his heirs and assigns And also as a separate Covenant with the said Frank Buckland his heirs and assigns but nevertheless so as to bind himself the said Benjamin Weir and his heirs executors and administrators personally and to render him and them personally responsible only while he his heirs or Devisees shall remain the Owner or Owners of the hereditaments hereby granted or intended so to be but to the intent to bind the Owner or Owners for the time being of and that the burden of this Covenant may run with the said hereditaments and that the benefit thereof may enure the Owners of the adjoining or neighbouring lands that he the said Benjamin Weir his heirs or assigns will not permit or suffer any building now or hereafter to be erected upon the said hereditaments or any part thereof to be used as a Hotel Public House Tavern or Beershop or other place for the Sale of Wines Spirits Spirituous Liquors Beer or Malt Liquors or for any noisy noisome or offensive trade or business or occupation." 3 The following is a copy of the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 22 April 1882. "The said Ebenezer Joseph Walker doth hereby for himself his heirs executors and administrators covenant with the said Edward Eldridge and Alfred Youngman their heirs and assigns that he the said Ebenezer Joseph Walker his heirs and assigns will not permit any building to be erected on the said piece of land hereby conveyed to be used as a Beerhouse, Inn, Tavern or Public House nor carry on or permit to be carried on thereon any noisy noxious or offensive trade or business. 4 The following is a copy of the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 20 March 1884 referred to in the Charges Register. "AND the said Samuel Crews, Albert Calkin Lewis, John Tom McCraith and Rebecca Ann Thomas for themselves their respective heirs executors administrators and assigns covenant with the said Sander Lazarus his heirs and assigns That no building now erected or which shall be hereafter erected upon the said pieces of land hereby conveyed or any of them shall be used as an Hotel, Public House or Beer-shop or other place for the sale of wines, spirits, spiritous Liquors beer or malt liquors to be consumed on the premises" 5 The following is a copy of the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 25 March 1884 referred to in the Charges Register. "And the said Mary Jane Hooper to the intent to bind herself only while being the owner of the hereditaments hereby conveyed and also to the 5 of 8

NOTE: No further particulars were supplied on first registration save 43 Ipplepen Road was formerly leasehold the Leasehold term having been merged with the freehold before 1 December 1899. 6 The following is a copy of the covenants contained in the Conveyance dated 25 March 1884 referred to in the Charges Register. AND the said Mary Jane Hooper to the intent to bind hereself only while being the owner of the hereditaments hereby conveyed and also to the intent to bind the owner or owners for the time being of the hereditaments hereby conveyed COVENANTS with the said Francis Buckland and also as a separate covenant with the said Charles Dorman that during the respective terms created by the several Indentures of Lease hereinbefore recited she the said Mary Jane Hooper her heirs and assigns will not without the consent of the said Francis Buckland first obtained use or suffer to be used the messuages or dwellinghouses and other the premises comprised in the said Lease of the 6 September 1880 other than as private dwellinghouse nor the said premises comprised in the said lease of the 24 December 1880 for any manufacture of an obnoxious character or for the noisome offensive or dangerous trade business or occupation of any nuisance and in particular will not use or permit or suffer to be used the said last mentioned premises or any part thereof for the sale of wines spirits spiritous liquors beer or malt liquors or as a Tavern beer or Public House but nothing herein contained shall prevent the said Saw Mill and a portion of the said parcel of ground adjoining thereto from being used as a Saw Mill and Timber yard AND ALSO will not permit or suffer to be exercised or carried on upon any part of the premises comprised in the said several Indentures of Lease of the 1 March 1884 and the 2 March 1884 and manufacture of an obnoxious character or any noisy noisome offensive or dangerous trade business or occupation and in particular will not use or permit or suffer to be used the said premises comprised in the said Indenture of Lease of the 1 March 1884 for the sale of wines spirits spiritous liquors beer or malt liquors. NOTE: No particulars of the lease referred to are filed. 7 The following are particulars of the covenants contined in the Conveyance dated 25 March 1884 referrred to in the Charges Register. The said Mary Jane Hooper to the intent to bind herself only while being the owner of the hereditaments hereby conveyed and also to the intent to bind the owner or owners for the time being of the hereditaments hereby conveyed Covenants with the said said Francis Buckland and also as a separate covenant with the said Charles Dorman that she the said Mary Jane Hooper her heirs and assigns will not without the consent of the said Francis Buckland first obtained use or suffer to be used the said premises comprised in the said Lease of the 24 day of December 1880 for any manufacture of an obnoxious character or for any noisome offensive or dangerous trade business or occupation or any nuisance and in particular will not use or permit or suffer to be used the said last mentioned premises or any part thereof for the sale of wines spirits spiritous liquors beer or malt liquors beer or malt liquors or as a Tavern beer or Public House.
