Every dollar of your Hunter Club investment goes directly to support our industry. ABOUT THE HUNTER CLUB Created in 1982 in honor of Harry Hunter, the Founding CEO of NACS, the Hunter Club is a distinct category of NACS membership that provides numerous exclusive benefits designed to meet the needs of supplier companies seeking an enhanced presence in the convenience and fuel retailing industry. Membership in the Hunter Club gives suppliers unique connections to retailers in a businessbuilding and networking environment. Additional benefits include exclusive access to several key events throughout the year, advance selection of convention exhibit booth space at the NACS Show and complimentary retail attendance lists. Industry suppliers that support NACS through the Hunter Club receive year-round recognition for their enhanced commitment to the overall objectives of NACS. Within Hunter Club, there are three levels of membership: Gold, Silver and Bronze. The Hunter Club Promise: Members receive a rich collection of benefits and services.
NACS SHOW BENEFITS The NACS Show is one of the largest buying shows in the U.S. It provides the most comprehensive representation of products, services and technologies for the convenience and fuel retailing industry. With nearly 410,000 net square feet of exhibit space and over 1,200 exhibitors, the NACS Show has also been recognized as one of the top 50 trade shows in the U.S. by Trade Show News Network (TSNN). When it comes to NACS Show exhibitors and suppliers, no group is more important to NACS than our Hunter Club member companies. This guide will help you explore the many Hunter Club benefits related to the NACS Show.

NACS SHOW BENEFITS PRIORITY BOOTH SELECTION Hunter Club members may select their choice of prime booth space before all other exhibitors at the NACS Show. You choose the booth location on the exhibition floor that will maximize your visibility and business opportunities. EXHIBITOR DISCOUNTS WITH FREEMAN, THE NACS SHOW GENERAL SERVICE CONTRACTOR Hunter Club bronze exhibiting companies receive up to 10% off non-exclusive Freeman services and full benfits of the Freeman Key Account Program. This includes: audio visual work, furniture, carpet, graphics, installation and dismantle supervision and labor, exhibit transportation, rental displays, and cleaning. Services not included: Overhead rigging, material handling/drayage, and electrical/utility service. Freeman guarantees early move in and move out for the NACS Show and will not charge you if you miss your move in/out times this could mean thousands of dollars in savings. If you use a third-party vendor, you will still receive the Hunter Club discount for services which your vendor contracts with Freeman that are covered under the Hunter Club discount described above. ADVANCE HOTEL SELECTION Join our retailer board and other VIP retailers in the headquarters hotel closest to the convention center. Pending availability, Hunter Club Bronze companies may reserve up to 3 rooms at the headquarters hotel before other supplier members and non-members. In addition, Hunter Club members enjoy priority reservations at our other hotels. HUNTER CLUB LOUNGE ACCESS Network with colleagues and customers or just enjoy a brief respite from the NACS Show floor in the Hunter Club Lounge, a private, upscale meeting place with two semi-private meeting areas. Breakfast and lunch are served daily along with snacks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages throughout the afternoon. Hunter Club members, NACSPAC 5-Star retail donors, retail board members, past retail board presidents, and convention committee members can enjoy the Lounge. Each upgraded attendee may bring two guests (retailer or colleague) into the Lounge. Each upgrade is valued at $200. Additional upgrades may be purchased. REGISTRATION UPGRADES (EXHIBITOR ATTENDEE) Your Bronze membership allows you one complimentary upgrade, which includes admission to the Hunter Club Lounge, Welcome Reception, educational sessions, and General Sessions.
NACS SHOW BENEFITS E 3 EXHIBITING EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION NACS provides Hunter Club member companies with exclusive access to the E 3 Exhibiting Effectiveness Evaluation program. This service examines three critical categories in your exhibiting plan: 1.) Overall Exhibit Presentation, 2.) Product/Service Presentation, and 3.) Exhibit Staff. The confidential assessment is designed to help strengthen the return on your investment at the NACS Show by identifying strengths and areas for improvement to your exhibit. EXCLUSIVE NACS SHOW MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES Deliver your message in the most unique, eye-catching and exclusive ways. NACS Media has creative marketing channels to give you high visibility at the NACS Show, including room keys, the NACS Show Mobile App, official NACS Show publications (official NACS Show issue of NACS Magazine, the NACS Show onsite guide and the NACS Show Daily), shuttle bus advertising and more. (Additional fees apply.) BUSINESS APPOINTMENT CENTERS Hunter Club companies may reserve on-site, semi-private meeting spaces near the expo floor in advance of the Show. Fully private rooms are offered for rent as available. Hunter Club Bronze members also receive complimentary upgraded furniture, a value of $750 per room. NACS SHOW ATTENDEE LISTS Amplify your marketing to grow your business before, during, and after the NACS Show. Hunter Club Bronze members receive pre-show and post-show electronic attendee lists that can be used to build targeted marketing campaigns. Email addresses are not included.

YEAR-ROUND BENEFITS LEADERSHIP FORUM Strengthen your ties with existing customers and reinforce the perception of your company as a leader in the industry. Hunter Club members have first priority to register for the Leadership Forum retailer connections, top-notch education and numerous sales opportunities. (Reduced registration fees apply.) INDUSTRY OVERVIEW RESEARCH Invite the NACS research team to present at your national sales meeting or customer events. NACS can provide an overview of the convenience retailing trends and metrics using CSX and other data sources. One complimentary presentation will be offered to Hunter Club Gold members. Silver and Bronze members pay a fee of $2,500 and $5,000, respectively. Presentations may also be arranged for executive or functional department staff at a location of your choice. Custom, consultative research presentations are also available. INDUSTRY UPDATE LUNCHEONS NACS will host at least 16 Industry Update Luncheons (IULs) in various cities across the country in 2017. Co-hosted by Henry Armour, NACS President and CEO and attended by more than 700 retailers, suppliers and community members, as well as state associations and elected officials each IUL includes a networking reception followed by a seated lunch presentation covering emerging industry trends, critical political issues affecting the convenience and fuel retailing industry, and NACS initiatives. With 50-100 people at each luncheon, this is your chance to get in front of NACS retail members. This is an exclusive benefit for Hunter Club members.
