Wood to approve the minutes of the May 4, 2010, meeting as submitted. 5.0 NEW BUSINESS 5.1 MacKay s Contracting Ltd. - Unit 70, Plan 032-2696, NW 12-36-25-4 (Division 1) 0.06 acres Condominium Resort Residential District R-7 Requesting approval of a rear yard setback relaxation for a rear attached deck on an existing cottage on the above site. The property is located on the west side of Pine Lake in the Whispering Pines Golf and Country Club Resort. MPC-10-072 Moved by Councillor R.
