BACKGROUND: On June 12, 214, the City Council approved the preliminary subdivision of Puget Meados East. The project as approved for 37 single-family residtial lots and is located at 8955 31 st Avue Northeast on the south side of 31 st Avue Northeast bete the Washington Association of Sheriffs & Police Chiefs building and the Campus Prairie subdivision. The subdivision has be developed in accordance ith its approval. All Public Works and Planning improvemts are in place or financial securities are in place for their installation. Appropriate agcies and departmts have revieed the request. The appropriate signatures have be obtained and it is no ready for the Mayor s signature. The applicant requests that the City Council authorie the Mayor to sign the final subdivision Page 1 of 2
