RECOMMENDATON: That the City Council: Accept the Final Parcel Map to finalize a lot line adjustment between three properties located at 27421 and 2764 Sherlock Road and 27271 Moody Road. BACKGROUND On July 14, 215, a lot line adjustment application was approved at a Fast Track Hearing. There was no neighborhood opposition. The three properties involved in the lot line adjustment will remain consistent with the Town's General Plan, Zoning and Site Development Codes. The net acreage of the lots will not fall below one acre. The applicant has prepared a Parcel Map for the recordation of the lot line adjustment. DSCUSSON Additional information is included in the July 14, 215 Fast Track Fact Sheet and Hearing Report (Attachments 1 and 2). CEQASTATUS The Lot Line Adjustment is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 1535 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines which allows for minor lot line adjustments.
