The fourth fl oor creates a more dominant architectural element providing a focal point for the entire campus.. The proportion of the new building with the fourth fl oor creates a greater visual sense of balance with the existing buildings. 3. The stronger vertical element compliments the existing long horizontal elements giving the entire campus greater visual harmony and balance.. The new building with it s added height gives the campus a visual anchor point.. The diagrams to the left illustrate the visual effect of the fourth floor. The stronger vertical element visually balances the horizontal wings while creating a focal point in the 3 - part harmony arrangement.

Vince and ssociates staff and Contracted Vendors have been instructed to used the main roads for travel and not to cut through the residential neighborhoods.. dd muffl er to existing generator to achieve 60db. Maintenance test time changed from every Sunday at 11:00am to 1 Wednesday a month at 11:00am to coincide with emergency testing. Locate new generator for new building on the ground on east side of the new building at the request of the neighbors. 3. Proposed indoor sun room located where existing outdoor smoking patio is currently on east side of existing south building.
