The most recent sales activity on Maui in the past year has involved the sale of Maui Mall to Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust which included the individual sale and recordation of properties A and B as noted in the sales comparables herein. Further south, the sale of Ma alaea Harbor Shops adjacent to the Maui Ocean Center rounds out comparable sales on Maui. According to Jones Lang LaSalle s 8K filing, the net operating income of the Maui Mall property was $3.8 million (year ending 2014).
