Borough Council Planning Commission Municipal Authority Zoning Hearing Board Parks and Recreation Commission Administrative meeting the last Thursday of the month (except November when it is the 3rd Thursday) at 6:30 PM. Fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 PM. Second Thursday of the month at 6:30 PM. Second Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm, as needed. Information must be submitted 30 days before ZHB Meeting. Third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM. Comment [HS1]: Website indicates 7:00pm SUBDIVISION AND/OR LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All required information must be submitted 21 days prior to the Planning Commission Meeting date. All Borough Plan submissions must include a completed checklist and application (enclosed) All Borough Plan submissions must include ten (10) copies* of all plans and two (2) copies of all reports to be distributed as follows: Comment [HS2]: Website will need to be updated. Comment [HS3]: Website will need to be updated. Copies Required Five (5) copies of the plan, one (1) copy of application, checklist and check.
