THE SALES WERE PREDOMINATELY RESEARCHED FOR THOSE PARCELS OF LAND ENCUMBERED BY A TRANSMISSION AND PIPELINE. NO RECENT TRANSACTIONS WERE LOCATED WITH A TRANSMISSION LINE THOUGH A ACRE PARCEL OF LAND ENCUMBERED BY THE SAME TRANSMISSION LINE AND PIPE LINE SOLD ON THE NORTHERN LINE OF FM 389 ACROSS THE ROAD FROM THE APPRAISED SITE ON FOR $6,637 PER ACRE. DUE TO THE AGE OF THE TRANSACTION, IT IS MENTIONED BUT WILL NOT BE UTILIZED.
