2 Technical Bid Should contain full Technical details vide location of premises with address copy of sanction plan with competition / occupation certificate carpet area of portion to be leased specific internal finishes, amenities, electric load, parking facility approval for commercial use etc no indication as to price aspect to be given in technical bid.electric connection of 5 KVA in the name of Bank has to be provided by the owner. Place for fixing V-Set on the roof has to be provided by the owner with no extra rent. Financial Bid should contain strictly financial detail wise rate per sq.ft. on carpet area. Municipal Tax present or future has to be bourn by the owner and Lease expenses etc carpet area to be measured as per IS code and shall exclude stair case corridor passage porch soft and machine rooms for lift, air conditioning, duct loft, built in wardrobes and shelf internal pillars, columns, partitions and walls and other obstructions verandas, balconies, bathrooms and lavatory etc. The owner has to provide NOC from Competent Authority, if required at their own cost. Owners has to provide verified flooring separate toilets for ladies and gents electricity load etc as per requirement of bank. Offers will be valid for a minimum period of 120 days from the last date of submission NO brokerage shall be paid.
