A Resolution supporting A-4532 exempting personal information from OPRA Law. 7. Resolution approving the Corrective Action Plan for SFY 2016 Audit.

3 8. Resolution approving that old outstanding checks in the Self Insurance Trust Fund in the amount of $55, are hereby cancelled of record. 9. Refund Developers Review Fund Account. 10. Release of Inspection Escrow Balance HBR, LLC. 11. Release of Inspection Escrow Balance Landmark Woodbridge, LLC. 12. Resolution referring the amended New Brunswick Avenue Rehabilitation Plan to the Township Planning Board for its review and comments. 13. Resolution referring the Amended Jacobs Landing Rehabilitation Plan to the Township Planning Board for its review and comments. 14. Authorizing the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to endorse the submission of a Municipal Recycling Tonnage Grant Application to the Department of Environmental Protection and Energy and designates Audrey Rozger, Recycling Coordinator, to ensure that the aforesaid application is properly filed. 15. Resolution approving the Central Jersey Joint Insurance Program, Safety Incentive Program. 16. Agreement Vision Construction Group, Inc., for emergency repairs to the feeder root system at the Department of Public Works Complex in Keasbey, in an amount not to exceed $10, Agreement P & A Construction, for the emergency repairs to a collapsed 8 sanitary sewer on Port Reading Avenue at the intersection Rahway Avenue which requires installation of two new Manholes and approximately 160 of 8 gravity pipe, in an amount not to exceed $175, Authorizing the Change Order #1 on the contract for Round Containment Improvements Woodbridge firearms Training Center performed by Drill Construction Company, Inc., which increases the original bid price of $399, by $7, for a total adjusted contract price of $406, Authorizing the Change Order # 1 on the contract with Pravco for Roof Replacement at the Woodbridge Community Center, increasing the contract amount of $1,642, to a total of $1,644, Authoring the Change Order #1 on the contract with T & M Associates for professional engineering Services for the Woodbridge Community Center, increasing the contract amount of $22, to a total of $31, Agreement Environmental Connection, Inc., for professional environmental services for the Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment 87 South Robert St., Sewaren, in an amount not to exceed $3, Agreement Environmental Connection, Inc., for professional environmental services for Pre- Demolition Asbestos Assessment 87 South Robert Street, Sewaren, in an amount not to exceed $7,
