10 THAT Contract No for upgrades to the Sinclair transfer station in the Township of Lake of Bays be awarded to the low bidder, Fowler Construction Company Limited, in the amount of $177,785.56, which is included in the 2012 Rate Supported Capital Budget and Forecast. I

12 1 0' oj THAT The District Municipal! y of Muskoka be authorized to enter into an agreement to exchange the portion of the easement registered as Instrument No. LT and described as Part of Lots 31 & 32, Concession 2, in the geographic Township of Baxter, now in the Township of Georgian Bay, District Municipality of Muskoka designated as Parts 6, 7 and 8 on Plan 35R for a more specific easement; AND THAT upon execution of an easement exchange agreement, the easement in favour of The District Municipality of Muskoka that forms the subject of the agreement shall be and is hereby declared surplus to the District of Muskoka's requirements and may be released to the owners of the servient tenement for the sum of $1.00 plus all associated legal, survey and administrative expenses.

15 THAT the Memorandum of Agreement between The District Municipality of Muskoka and the Ontario Nurses' Association representing The Pines Registered Nurses dated May 16, 2012 be ratified.

16 THAT the Management Salary Schedule (Schedule A) and the Non-Union Staff Salary Schedule (Schedule B) be adjusted 200 effective January 1, 2011 and 2% effective January 1, 2012 as provided for in budgets; and by a further 1.5% effective January 1, 2013; AND THAT the benefits and policy changes in the current ratified agreement between CUPE Local 1813 and The District Municipality of Muskoka, be extended to Management and Non-Union employees.
