1 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SARPY COUNTY, NEBRASKA RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE SARPY COUNTY TREASURER'S ANNUAL REPORT OF DELINOUENT TAXES WHEREAS, the County Treasurer of Sarpy County, Nebraska is required to report to this Board annually setting out a complete list of all real property in the County on which any taxes are delinquent and which have not been sold at the last annual tax sale, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec , et. seq. (Reissue ); and, WHEREAS, Rich James, the duly elected Sarpy County Treasurer, has submitted the required report, showing total delinquent taxes on real property in the amount of$71, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SARPY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS that the that the Treasurer's annual report of delinquent taxes required by Neb. It shall be the making of such report to carefully examine the same, and while it may direct the issuance of tax sale certificates to the c( delinquent taxes, it shall, as to all real property upon which taxes arc delinquent for three or more years, either entcr an order provided in section 77-19()! or enter an order for the county treasurer to issue tax sale certificates to the county covering the ( upon in the manner and at the timc provided in sections 77-! q()! to 77 ~! 91 S. The county board shall have authority to direct the county attorney to commence foreclosure of such liens or certificates ( actions. and the county board is authorized to pay any reasonable fee for such foreclosures to be assessed as costs. In the eve! fee shall be fifty dollars for each cause of action in addition to his or her salary to be retained by him or her, but it shall not bl the property sold pursuant to such decree.
