LAND STATUS REPORT- Paraparaumu (PRM) 220kv line Easement Land District Wellington Legal Description Part Block III Kaitawa Survey District being Part Allocation Block 24 of lands allocated under The Railway Construction and Land Act Area hectares approx. (subject to survey) Status Un allocated Crown Land (part of cancelled title WN 74/119) Mineral Ownership Mines and minerals are Crown owned Statute Land Act 1948 Comments 1) As part of this investigation the Crown Property Management Contractor checked LINZ records. The land the subject of this report is not on the LINZ balance sheet. The LINZ Contractor however states that another portion of Part Allocation 24, Block II & IV Paekakariki Survey District that was contained in 74/119 had a status check completed a couple of years ago. That report concluded that the land was crown land and has been added to the LINZ balance sheet. 2) A memorandum attached to Proc. K dated 3 June 1947 (from the Chief Surveyor Wellington Land District to the District Land Registrar) refers to land to be proclaimed for road shown on SO Plan 21413; Part Allocation Blocks 24 on CT74/119 would be legalise under the Land Act. The memorandum states that CT74/119 being in the name of the Wellington Manawatu Railway Company has been dissolved and that evidence to this effect is registered as K ) Survey Plans defining easements over and adjoining land the subject of this report shown the subject land as being Crown Land being part of CT74/119.
