They can also be formatted like cottage courts, to simulate the scale and massing of Town Houses, 2-3 Stories: Typically, single-family attached homes on individual lots, town homes can be fee simple, or condo, with either individual yards or shared courts. Off street parking is usually rearloaded, on parking pads or detached garages, which can also include an ADU. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), 1-2 stories: These buildings are associated with a primary dwelling unit, either attached or detached, and typically are located on a rear lane.
