Combustible waste material creating a fire hazard shall not be allowed to accumulate in buildings or structures or upon premises Storage. Storage of combustible rubbish shall not produce conditions that will create a nuisance or a hazard to the public health, safety or welfare Capacity exceeding 5.33 cubic feet. Containers with a capacity exceeding 5.33 cubic feet (40 gallons) shall be provided with lids. Containers and lids shall be constructed of noncombustible materials or approved combustible materials.

Working with the Wells Campus Greens, a student organization, we purchased 14 x 14 x 14 cardboard boxes for this

Working with the Wells Campus Greens, a student organization, we purchased 14 x 14 x 14 cardboard boxes for this purpose. Greens organized box decorating parties, supplying paints, markers, glue, magazines, etc. so students could customize their in-room recycling box. $1.25 each carton
