27 TRANSPORTATION MATTERS: (41) PLAT OF DISCONNECTION P Norwood Park Township has requested that the City of Chicago disconnect a portion of Redwood Drive and Seminole Avenue. The Township intends to annex the disconnected area for the purpose of restoring, widening and landscaping the public way. (43) THE BIKE RACK PROGRAM P An ordinance authorizing the Commissioners of Cultural Affairs and Transportation, acting jointly, or individually for the installation in the City of Chicago of additional bicycle racks, and for such racks, when possible, to be creatively designed by Chicago's artistic community.
