1 IIb Agenda Item: UBOT Board of Trustees March 2, 2006 Issue: Approval of the USF St. Petersburg Housing Rates for Proposed Action: Approval of the USF St. Petersburg Housing Rates for Background information: The University of South Florida St. Petersburg Division of Student Affairs is requesting approval for the following housing rental rates for the academic year: 4 person, double bedroom units $4, person, single bedroom units $5, person, single bedroom units $6, The rates were determined during the academic year when USF St. Petersburg was planning the construction of Residence Hall One. We reviewed the room rates at the University of South Florida Tampa and other state universities.
