2 On Campus Housing Requirement The University of Louisiana System policy requires all unmarried, full-time undergraduate students, regardless of age or emancipation status, live on campus as long as space is available. 9 Deadlines and Assignments Deadline to apply for Academic Year is May 15. We assign students by date order. Space is available. Freshmen singles are full at this point We begin sending assignments at the end of April and will continue sending them every 2 weeks. Roommates: can be determined by the student on application by including the person s name and CLID or the Office of University Housing will decide roommates based on information provided on the housing application.
