3 Background Partnership between School District 181 ( SD 181 ) and Village of Hinsdale Strategic planning commenced in 2015 regarding parking solution in Central Business District ( CBD ) Subsequent referendum; approved November 2016 Since this time, Village has been working with SD 181 s architect regarding a parking deck design

To meet the CMAP goal of 85% parking occupancy means opening up 57 parking spaces.
