4 Location Costa Paradiso is a resort at the sea. All of the houses harmonize in style and colour with the unique red granite cliffs. In this area you!ll find rocky bays with sunbathing platforms as well as the sandy beach of Li Cossi, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of the northwest. You can reach several more divine beaches within minutes by car, like Cala Sarraina or Marinedda at Isola Rossa. At the small harbour of the Costa Paradiso inflatable boats can be rent, with which secluded bays can be explored from the sea. In addition to this there is a diving centre with diving school. In the resort you!ll find supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as further small stores and a pharmacy. Medical support is available during the summer months. Nearby towns include Trinita d Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa (with Capo Testa). The hinterland called Gallura is worth seeing (hiking, cycling) with the towns Luogosanto and Tempio (centres in typical granite) and the Valle della Luna near Aggius. The Villetta Salley is located in a lower part of Costa Paradiso in a low-traffic dead end. Salley is ca. 350 m (direct line) distant to the sea. Ca m to a small harbour (rubber dinghy rental, diving school), m to the sandy beach Li Cossi, 700 m to the next restaurant and m to a business center (supermarket, bakery, restaurant, cafés, etc.). A path leads from the house to a rocky bay.

6 Property Description Villetta Salley is a corner house in a group of three houses. Situated calm and borders to a green area. The home is built offset design. The upper area has a living area with open kitchen and a covered veranda. In the lower part of the house there are both bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom ensuite, one with two single beds. Moreover another bathroom. The home is equipped with many amenities, like air condition (warm/cold) in all of the rooms, Sat-TV, dishwasher, coffee machine, outdoor furniture and BBQ.
