4 Location Costa Paradiso is a resort at the sea. All of the houses harmonize in style and colour with the unique red granite cliffs. In this area you!ll find rocky bays with sunbathing platforms as well as the sandy beach of Li Cossi, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of the northwest. You can reach several more divine beaches within minutes by car, like Cala Sarraina or Marinedda at Isola Rossa. At the small harbour of the Costa Paradiso inflatable boats can be rent, with which secluded bays can be explored from the sea. In addition to this there is a diving centre with diving school. In the resort you!ll find supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as further small stores and a pharmacy. Medical support is available during the summer months. Nearby towns include Trinita d Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa (with Capo Testa). The hinterland called Gallura is worth seeing (hiking, cycling) with the towns Luogosanto and Tempio (centres in typical granite) and the Valle della Luna near Aggius. Villetta Lara is situated in the lower part of Costa Paradiso, above a residential road. The house is ca. 200 m distant to the sea (direct line). You can reach the business centre Maya with bars, restaurants and a supermarket in ca. 200 m, the Sorgente bay in ca. 400 m. The small harbour (rubber dinghy rental, diving school) is ca. 700 m, Li Cossi ca m distant.

6 Property Description (1) Villetta Lara is a newly equipped house at the Costa Paradiso. From the veranda you!ll have a 180 degree panoramic view of the sea. The house is in a hilly position above a residential road. It is ca. 200 m distant to the sea (direct line). Restaurants and bars can easily reached by foot. The house has a living area with roof truss and open kitchen (incl. dishwasher and induction stove). In front of the living area is a large, covered veranda with lounge-area. At the side that is turned away from the sea, is a second covered veranda with outdoor area. Through the large glazed windows you!ll have a beautiful view to the sea. The first sleeping area has a large bedroom with double bed and sea view, a modern shower bath and a smaller bedroom with sofa bed. The second sleeping area has another bedroom with double bed and seaview as well as a bathroom ensuite. In a storage room next to the kitchen is a washing machine and further useful amenities, like Sat-TV (Hotbird and Astra), garden furniture and BBQ. The building has ist own covered parking space.
