The Beaulieu River Sailing Club is within one mile and offers opportunities for sailing enthusiasts, as well as the Royal Southampton Yacht Club in nearby St Leonard s and a popular marina at nearby Buckler s Hard. The much famed Georgian market town of Lymington (5 miles) lies to the west with its marinas and yacht clubs serving the sailing enthusiast. The neighbouring forest village of Brockenhurst (4 miles) offers a diverse range of shops, cafes and educational establishments, together with a useful mainline rail connection to London Waterloo (Approximately 90 minutes). Proceed along this road, crossing the cattle grid, for approximately four and a half miles and at Hatchet Pond turn right signposted to Beaulieu and Bucklers Hard. Before reaching Beaulieu Village take the sharp right-hand turn, signposted to Bucklers Hard, into Lodge Lane. Continue along the lane for approximately 0.4 miles, where the entrance to the property, via wooden five-bar gate, is on the right-hand side.
