BUTTE COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS Preparation of the BRCP was coordinated by BCAG on behalf of the cities of Biggs, Chico, Gridley, and Oroville, the County of Butte, Caltrans District, and the Western Canal Water District. The following BCAG staff worked closely with all stakeholders in the BRCP planning process.
