MUI BASIN COAL PROJECT BLOCKS C AND D LIAISON COMMITTEE APPOINTMENT IT IS notified for general information of the public that the Minister for Energy, for the purposes of realizing Kenya s Vision 2030 and to fast track development of coal resources in order to enhance the production of affordable, reliable, commercial and industrial process energy and electricity establishes a Committee to be known as the Mui Basin Coal Project Blocks C and D Liaison Committee. 1.
