1 TERMS OF PAYMENT Please Read Carefully: Terms Irrevocable Bank Letter of Credit, Bank Draft, Cash or Interac are accepted as payment. The name used at time of registration will appear on ALL bills of sale. No changes will be made to the invoice or bill of sale after the auction. A Deposit of 10% or $ (whichever is the greater amount) is required at the conclusion of your successful bidding on sale day. Credit Cards will be accepted up to a maximum of $1000 towards the total purchase price. Balance of funds are due within 2 banking days from date of auction or deposit is forfeited unless prior arrangements are made with management. Any and all unpaid balances will be subjected to additional Legal Collection Costs. If a purchased item remains unsettled and is sold at a later sale, this Bidder will be responsible for any short fall, plus commissions, buy fees and legal cost incurred. If the item in question, sells for the same or higher amount, at that time; it will be at the sole discretion of the Auction, in which they may void the previous sale. Interest charged at 24% per annum plus handling charge, in addition interest will be charged on late payments. Immediately when vehicles/merchandise is purchased, it becomes the sole responsibility of the owner. Michener Allen is not responsible for ANY theft or damages. All vehicles/merchandise must be removed from sale site within 5 days from date of auction. Description as to condition or otherwise is in no way a warranty or guarantee actual or implied. Neither the auctioneer nor the owner are responsible for any errors in description or condition. We do not guarantee mileage.
