1 ANGUS COUNCIL CORPORATE SERVICES COMMITTEE 6 December 2007 REPORT BY THE DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE SERVICES No 1175/07 TRANSACTIONS Abstract This report seeks approval to property transactions which have been provisionally agreed. 1 RECOMMENDATION The Corporate Committee is recommended to approve the completion of the property transactions as detailed in Appendix 1 (Item 1 Brechin Common Good - and Item 2), of this report, and to note the property transactions as detailed in Appendices 2, 3 & 4 which have been agreed under Head of Property s delegated authority. 2 FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS There are no financial implications specific to this report. 3 HUMAN RIGHTS ACT IMPLICATIONS There are no Human Rights Act implications specific to this report. 4 IMPLICATIONS There are no property implications specific to this report. 5 CONSULTATION The Chief Executive, the Head of Law and Administration and the Head of Finance have been consulted in the preparation of this report.
