Articlo 9 Меn the соuп о/ law veri.fies that lhe objeets were bought Ьу tlje state withoutthe approval о/ the e;x-owners, rhe objeets аге restituted (о the latter after they рау back the amоun! received jrom the objeetst sale. Article 10 ln cases when the ex-owners'buildings are alienated to third persons, the ex-owners аге restituted, whi1e the third persons receive the amоun! о/ compensation from the state, according 10 the sale price аl the time о/ alienation, adjusted ьу the inflation index. Exemptedjrom this law аге the ex-owners that donated their propertie~ (О rheslate, and,/or this aet, there exists relevant documentation andpublications.

Лrtiсlе 12 Sites occupied ьу buildings о/ otherphysical апа juridicalpersons who have boughr them from state afterjanuary 1, 1991/ог building privatehousing аnd trade service construetions, аге restituted (о theformer оыпеа, while the state pays back the атоит given /ог the sites (о the physical ог juridical persons. 1he physical and juridical persons who own lм construetions аге obligedto рау rent 10 the site ownersi ог ге-ьuy the site according 10 the сотта,jюt will Ье agreed between the parties. Disputes аге solved legally. Exempted ьу this article are citizens that have ьuа, or аге building housing in the zones that are planned /or тassive* construetions ьу (М urban plan аnd uгьаn sludiesi in accordance with the legalprocedures. Лrtiсl013 When the state orthe tenants муе made expenditures /ог struetural changes, аппехез огjloor additions ею. Each о/ the co-owners сап sell his рап, (гаns/етnс to the new owner al1 (м rights a1jd responsibilities that derivefrom this law. ироn mиtual agreement, the owner о/ (Ье shop ам the owner 0/the s;te сап usе еуету other /оrm о/ property "аns/егеnсе. Co-ownership is limited only 10 two years, ;n the аensе that the ownero/the shop will рау rent 10 (М ex-owner о/ the site [for tmt ртod). 1herent will Ье calcula1ed as/ollows. For shops о/ the first category: а) For shops о/ anьаn services, the гелt is 5 USD/m2 рет month. Ь) For trade services shops,,ье rent is 10 иш/m2 рег month. с) For social services shops, the rent is 15 иш/m2 рег тonth.

After the termination о/ the two year period, the co-ownership is unlimited (free) in the sense that each о/ them, according 10 the laws ам dispositions in/orce, сап create a1ly kind o/relationship with hispartner о, with а third оnе. Articlo 18 1'he пкю %wnership о/ (М shops is prohibitedfor: - those that have illegallyprivatized them. - those rhar have changed the usе о/ the shop, contrary 10 the provisions in /отсе. - those lhat have nо! ca"ied оп апу aetivity during the 6 monthsafter the mоmеn! о/ privatiz.atio1l. /n thesecases, the ex-ownerо/the site whete rheshop is construeted has the tight 10 Ьесоmе rhe owner о/ the shop according 10 the provisions in fotce. 1he National Agency о/ Privatization and the insritutions о/ rhe local authorities areresponsible for the impleтentation о/ this Article. Articlo 19 7he u1joccupied sites within the yeljow lines о/ the cities ам tourism zones ;n con/onnity with the general urbаn рюns approvedat the time this law соти into effeet will Ье restituted in these amounts:

Ifthese documents аге nо' available,ownership is рюуеп ьу the соип о/ law in the presence о/ the opposition рапу. Requestsfor ownership transference must Ье presented within 6 monthsfrom the date о/this law becoming effeetive. In cases when ЕМ ex-owner is по: awaredue (о justifiable reasons, he has the right to resettle the time limit through the соип o/law. Articlo 23 1heрюретея о/ the ех-юnк and/oreign от joint сотратез ате nottreated ьу this law. Article 24 Not projiting ьу this 1aw are: - 1he collaborators wirh thefascists punished/or war crimes after the appeal or the decision о/ the соип ofappeal. - 1he ех-соттитп leaders for the propenies gained through abuses о/ official position, verified ьу the court o/law. 1hosepunished/ог possession о/ the people's propertyin huge amounts, in the aтounts determined ьу (М decision о/ the соurt [to муе Ьеen unlawfully possessed).
