10 NOTICE OF NON-JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, on November 11, 2011, Kelly Nabarowsky and Joel Davis ("Mortgagors", whether one or more), executed that certain deed of trust ("Deed of Trust") in favor of Clifford D.
