AND WHEREAS the Assigne e has requested an Assignment of Tax Sal e Certificates Number 6 and 7 covering the said 1ands which Certificates were issued in pursuan ce of a sal e of lands for taxes by the Rural Municipal ity of St. Andrews on the 14th day of June, 1988; AND WHEREAS it would appear that the Assiqnee is entitled to the Assig nment req uested; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Rural Municipality of St. Andrews deems it expedient and in the best interest of the Municipal ity to assign the said Tax Sal e Certificates;

Upon payment of the sum of $ 2, , being the amount for which the said land was sold for taxes plus penalties thereon of $943.99, plus costs totallinq $582.50, plus any accrued penalties, costs and subsequent taxes arising after the date of this by-law, the previous subsequent taxes already havinq been paid by the Assiqnee and upon the Assignee undertaking to pay all outstand inq 1eg a1 fees and disbursements owing with respect to tax sal e proceedings to date and with respect to the Assiqnment of the Ta x Sal e Certificate herein, the Reeve and Secretary-Treasurer of the Rural Municipal ity of St. Andrews do execute under the corporate seal of the said Municipality and del iver to the sa id Assig nee an Assig nment of the said Tax Sale Certificates Number 6 & 7, issued by the said Municipal ity in pursuant of a sal e of the above described lands for arrears of taxes on the 14th day of June, A.D. 1988, and o f the benefit of the appl ication for tit l e in respect of said lands fi l ed in the Winnipeg Land T it 1es O ffice as N o

3 A S S I G N M E N T Pursuant to By-law Numbered and in consideration of the sum of $3, being the amount for which the land hereinafter mentioned was sold for arrears of taxes on the 14th day of June, A.D. 1988, with penalties and costs now paid by DOUGLAS KORNAGA (receipt of which is hereby acknoweldged), THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF ST. ANDREWS hereby transfers, assigns and sets over unto DOUGLAS WALTER KORNAGA, as Executor of the Estate of Jessie Kornaga, late of the Rural Municipality of St. Andrews, in Manitoba, Tax Sale Certificates Numbered 6 and 7, issued by the Rural Municipality of St. Andrews on the 14th day of June, A.D. 1988, in pursuance of a sale held by this said Municipality for arrears of taxes, covering the following described lands, namely: PARCEL O N E : All those portions of OTM lots 63B and 64A, Parish of St. Andrews, lying to the West of the Western limit of Road Plan 2538, WLTO, exc out of said OTM Lot 63B that portion which lies South of a line drawn Wly at right angles to the said Western limit from a point in the same distant Nly 240 feet from the Southern limit of the said OTM Lot 63B.
